Did you know that donating blood is the most valuable gift we can give a person. Donating blood can save a life or even several lives if the blood is separated by its components: red blood cells, platelets and plasma, since they can be used individually for patients with specific diseases and needs.

Requirements:

  • Be over 18 years of age and under 65 years of age.
  • Weigh more than 50 kg.
  • In women: not breastfeeding, not pregnant, last delivery must be older than six months.
  • Not having been vaccinated in the last 30 days.
  • Do not suffer from any illness or be taking any medication 7 days before donating.
  • Not having consumed alcoholic beverages in 3 days
  • Not having had any type of surgery in the last six months.
  • Tattoos, piercings, acupuncture treatment must be older than one year.
  • Have a minimum fasting period of four hours.
  • Present yourself at the blood bank with official identification (voter's card, passport, passport, license or professional license), with comfortable clothes.
