Danna Valentina

Three years ago we learned of the heart problem of our youngest daughter, Danna. At that moment we felt like our world was falling apart. When we were unaware of the situation and heard that it was her heart and that she needed surgery, everything fell apart. From then on we began to look for solutions with one doctor and another, but the budget was very high and we did not have the necessary resources. A year later we found CardioChavitos and we got in touch. It didn't take them a week to respond; they gave us an appointment, and we still couldn't believe it. Thank God, yes! On October 18th she underwent catheterization and, a month and a half later, she is already perfect, my princess. Thank you very much!

Myriam Miranda Romero

An 8 year old girl with Down Syndrome. Since she was born she was detected with PCA. She was checked every six months, but they told me that they could not do the catheterization at that time. From that moment on I began to have mixed feelings: worry, fear, frustration, anxiety. I could not work. Every time my daughter got sick of anything, I panicked, stressed and worried. I started looking for associations here in Guadalajara, and I didn't find any. But I did not lose faith. I kept looking... and finally I found CardioChavitos. Valentina

8 years ago Valentina was born prematurely, weighing only 1,180 grams and remained in the NICU for 45 days. Ten days after her birth we were told she had heart disease. During all these years we looked for options for an operation that would allow her to have a healthy life, but the appointments and diagnoses did not give hope. In November 2023 the CardioChavitos team gave us an appointment for an evaluation, and in July 2024 they confirmed the date for the catheterization. Finally, on August 9, 2024, the long-awaited day arrived. After 8 years of struggle, Valentina had the opportunity to improve her quality of life. From the first minute we arrived, they treated us like family, giving us all the support we needed.
